This is a small family bakery, established in 2012. They are renowned for their sourdough bread and viennoiserie.
Their bread is trully awesome! Inverness is not blessed with lots of independent artisan bakers however we highly recommend The Bakery. We also know that you can buy lovely artisan bread from M&S or the main supermarkets but The Bakery is a step above that. Their prices are comparable with top-end artisan bread too.
Order online or collect instore.
Enjoy!
